At Auto World Store, we understand that our discerning collectors expect the same precision in our service as they find in our meticulously crafted diecast models. While we strive for perfection in every shipment, we recognize that occasionally a return or exchange may be necessary. This policy outlines our commitment to handling these situations with the care and professionalism our collectors deserve.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Eligible Items
- Damaged or defective diecast models
- Incorrect items received
- Items in original packaging with all tags and certificates intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Military Models – Due to the specialized nature and limited availability of our military collection
- Opened or damaged packaging that affects collector value
- Items purchased more than 15 days from delivery date
- Custom or special order items
Important Note: All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition with all packaging, certificates, and documentation included.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and documentation. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once your return is processed.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns, but indicate your preferred exchange item in your initial request. If the exchange item is of equal or lesser value, we will process the exchange once we receive your return. For higher-value exchanges, we will invoice you for the difference.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refund Processing Time
- Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after return approval
- PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after return approval
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Note: International refunds may take additional time to process depending on your financial institution.

- Defective/Wrong Items: We will provide a prepaid shipping label
- Other Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for all customs duties and return shipping costs
